Magika Allegro
Magika Allegro is a song of magical speed. It allows
those who are affected by it to cast spells at an
enhanced rate of speed. Where a magic-user may normally
be able to only cast one or two spells during each round of
combat, the same magic-user affected by the song will be
able to cast two or three spells per round. The
duration of the song's effect is dependant upon the
comliness of the bard who sings it. A bard cannot sing
this spell on himself.
