Magika Lente
Magika Lente is a song of magical speed. It slows
the rate of speed with which a magic-user is able to cast
spells. Where a magic-user may normally be able to
cast one or two spells each round of combat, the same
magic-user affected by this song will only be able to
cast a single spell per one or two rounds of battle. The
duration of the song's effects is dependant upon the
comliness of the bard who sings it. A bard cannot chant
this spell on himself.
