Lullaby
Lullaby is bedtime song. It causes the target and
all others in the room to fall into a deep sleep for a
short amount of time. The success of the song depends
upon the level of all those in the same room as the
target, relative to the level of the bard who sings the song.
Those effected by the spell will fall into a sleep from which
they are incapable of waking until the effect of the spell wears off.
Syntax: chant lullaby <target>
