Halflings, also known as Hobbits, are short beings,
much resembling human children at first glance.
They are very friendly creatures,
with rounded bellies, and rosey cheeks.
Unlike dwarves, they do not have beards,
but have short tufts of hair on their feet.
Halflings, for the most part, are peaceful.
When a challenge arises, they can meet it
as well as any race can, and their bravery is legendary.
Due to their small stature, and quick hands,
hobbits tend to make excellent thieves.
