In the early days of the realm, the Great Lord Paladin Daz traveled throughout the most perilous of terrains, and faced the most dangerous of evil monsters to reach the mystical garden of the gods.  An eternal rose and was his gift for achieving such greatness, and its powers are beyond mortal comprehension.  Daz was also made immortal.  He then began the Rose clan.  One hundred years later, Wink, goddess of the evil Darkness clan, wanted to corrupt the rose, so she placed it in her Garden of Desolation.  During her battle against Daz for the rose, she teleported him to the Immortal Void.  When the Rose elf mage Dimi gained immortality, he allied the Rose clan with Freak and the World clan.  Together, the two clans were strong enough to take the Garden and get the rose back.  Using their combined powers, Freak and Dimi found Daz and brought him back so that he may lead the Rose with Dimi and its new god Ulf.  Alas, Daz has again vanished, and Ulf and Dimi have not been able to find him.

The Rose is a good clan that accepts all classes except evil ones like thieves and necromancers.  Being good, the Rose should help any non-evil person: when a member has time and money, they should help those whom need something.  Except for friendly duals, a member should only fight for justice: if a person from a non-evil clan attacks a Rose member, that person will be deemed evil and revenge will be exacted on that person only and that person's clan will be notified.  If that person is too powerful to kill, revenge may be exacted on anyone in thier clan and thier clan notified.  And we are always at war with the evil Darkness clan.  1994*2003
