Dimi is a Co-Implementor of Eternity's trials: he, Wink and Glimi run the mud. In 1994, Dimi's friend Doug (Gug) moved to Australia. He contacted Dimi and taught him how to setup his 286 for internet use. Besides teaching him about email, he taught him how to mud and Dimi got hooked. Dimi played on the mud Endless Nameless, where Wink was an immortal named Inanna. He got to know her a bit there, and flirted with her occasionally. He was an elven mage and eventually reached level 174. He loved areas and how creative they could be. He wrote notes asking if he could make an area but never got a reply. He found out that Wink was starting a mud and he went on it since leveling became too hard on Endless Nameless at his level. ET at that time was called Entropy. Noone was on except Dimi for a month or two, so he just had fun leveling all alone. Then, imms and players appeared. Soon, the mud split, with Wink taking a copy of the code for her own mud, and the other imp taking a copy of it for his own mud. Then, Freak joined Wink to co-imp with her on her copy of the mud. Imms at this time were Chance, Daz & Fugue. Clans were started: Gatulot, Darkness, EAFD, World and Rose. Daz asked Dimi to be the mortal leader of Rose and he accepted, as an elven mage again, about level 45 or so. He asked Wink if he could make areas and she said yes. He worked night and day on Twin Peeks along with leading the Rose clan. He won a quest to name the mud and the name Eternity's Trials was adpoted. He was level 66 when Wink and Freak, without warning, made him level 299, Sub-Implementor, and head of areas because of how obssessed he was with making them. The Rose god quit so Dimi assumed that role. About a year later, Freak left the mud and Dimi assumed a greater role in helping Wink run the mud. In 2000, exhausted from practically mudding all time time since 1994, he took a year off to relax. He came back in Jan 2001 and helped out here and there. With the departure of the beloved Co-Imp Glimi in the Spring of 2003, Dimi once again joined Wink to help her run the mud. In July, Glimi returned to run the mud with Wink and Dimi. |
