Late in 2002, in "real life", Brian, aka Sawred, earned a job promotion. His new position meant relocation and an increase in time-spent-working, so he retired as an immortal. Late in 2003, having settled into his new job, Sawred had time again to be an immortal and so came out of retirement. The following is a short ET biography of Sawred. Sawred was a Sub-Implementor for ET during 2001-2. He is not one of the most beloved Immortals, he is THE most beloved immortal ever and as a retired immortal he still works on areas and throws quests. Always friendly and patient, he is one of the best quest imms the mud has ever had. He loves olc passionately, which shows in his work, and which was the reason he was made Sub-Imp in charge of area-creation. He was immortalized at a time when the mud needed such an area-making-lover the most: when Faramir quit as the head of area creation to start his rise to power as a mortal (he currently leads the one of the most powerful clans on the mud, Syndar). Sawred's awesome areas include "Anuidenon", "Aleythia" and "Greyhaven Graveyard". Sawred's spirit has made ET a happier place and one hopes that he will be always be around. Dimi/Jan/2004 |
