Talamar was another great leader that should be remembered but it is so long
since I saw him, that he has become dim in my memory. Lews and Darksabre
may be able to tell you more of him. My memories of him are overshadowed by
the sadness I felt at his leaving us. I hope he chose to leave us.
Sometimes I wonder. One day he was here and we talked. He was to join us
in Valhalla. He seemed pleased by the prospect. I never saw him again.
Now Ravane was another type of Leader all together. He was my sanity in
many ways. He never appeared to be serious. He found humour in the most
unusual situations. We used to bicker in a friendly fashion about who was
the most powerful. We missed his humour after he was gone. It brought life
to the Clan and it was only after he left that I realized how important he
had been. It was about this time that I again earned a Wish. This time I
chose the Flame as my reward. I wore it proudly. Ravane and I hoped to
obtain a second item, one for him to wear to symbolize his position in
World. I remember laughing and suggesting that he should wear the "Champion
of the World" Heavy Weight Title Belt.

He progressed so far in power that he could create. He turned his talents
to creating a room in which he could retreat in peace. Perhaps he also
needed a place to maintain his own sanity. The place he chose was a gazebo
on a sunny beach with a solitary palm tree swaying behind him. One day he
just retreated to that room, and didn't come back. In reality, his was the
first of the Clan Rooms. Though his room was never a part of the City of
Hearts, he did start the tradition. He also brought the Tree of Life to its
full glory and then typically, mischievously, scratched his name across the
beauty for all to see.
I suppose I am missing some people, by remembering in this way, but the next
strong personality that affected World, that I can never forget, was Eirin.
She was a bouncy vivacious Dryad with a strong accent. Nowhere else in the
lands have I heard an accent quite like it. People described it as a
"Scottish" accent.
She seemed so caring about her fellow clan members that I thought we had
found our next Keeper. But I think the Dryad part of her was stronger than
any allegiance or understanding she had of world. She was the one I chose
to follow me as Leader, when I became Immortal.

I even passed the Flame to her. It was the worst decision I ever made and
almost killed World. Others may see it differently and maybe it was simply
that she chose a different path than I would have. Maybe I couldn't fully let
go.
To me though, she did not understand the nature of World. She seemed to
believe that we were Pacifists, which is quite different to being Neutral.
She abandoned the lower members to their fate at a time when dangerous
killers were hunting and killing anyone in sight. She actually banned any
members killing to protect or avenge and verbally harangued any who did. I
think it was her that changed the items in our shops to much more Nature
oriented items.
She turned her back on her clan gods, saying that she needed no advice. Her
tongue was a vicious weapon when she chose to use it to humiliate and
belittle people. I retreated to Valhalla and watched while the clan and its
members died. Many left. Even her leaving was not a relief. She became an
immortal and without consulting any other leaders or Gods, she chose and
appointed a successor. She chose Helpist.
